Are generated passwords sent anywhere?
No. Passwords are generated with your browser's cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues) and never leave the page.
What does “bits of entropy” mean?
It's a measure of unpredictability. 80+ bits is strong against brute-force attacks; 128 bits is effectively unguessable.
Should I use the memorable option?
Memorable passwords (word-based) are easier to type and remember, and still strong at sufficient length. For maximum security, use the full random character set.
